School Year Admissions
The admissions season at Mulberry House for the 2026-2027 school year will be held in November 2025. Please find the upcoming tour dates and times below and email Suzanne via the contact page of the website to request your preferred date and time. Our 30-minute tours fill quickly so it is to your advantage to secure a date as soon as possible and keep your appointment. Prospective parents/guardians: You must bring your child to a tour to be considered for enrollment. We ask that siblings do not attend tours so that we can give our full attention to applicants. For the 2026-2027 school year, children must be two years old by September 1, 2026 to enroll at Mulberry House.

Submitting a Video
If you'd like to submit a video of your child with your application, you are encouraged to do so! Videos are incredibly helpful (but not required) in the admissions process. We ask that the video be somewhere between 1 to 2 minutes in length. The goal of this video is to put a face with your application, but also to see how your child communicates, expresses themselves, and shows an awareness of others. Even if your child is nonverbal, are they taking cues from you when you interact with them? Are they responding to you? Do they give and take in communication? Do they offer you materials in play? Do they interact with materials around the home? How do they respond to a book, a song, or to your questions? Please feel free to show us how your child connects to others and the world around them. Please put YOUR CHILD'S NAME, 2026 APPLICATION VIDEO in the subject line of a FRESH email when submitting.
Wait Pool
Outside of the admissions season, Mulberry House operates with a "wait pool." Prospective families are invited to submit an application and join our wait pool at any time. The wait pool does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is to your advantage to submit an application as soon as you are interested. When a spot becomes available, all applications on file are reviewed and families are contacted for a private visit before receiving an enrollment offer.
Tuition Assistance
Since opening our doors, Mulberry House has been committed to working with families to make our program inclusive and accessible. We accept ACS vouchers and offer significant scholarships as part of our mission to make Mulberry House a school for the neighborhood. A scholarship application can be found at the bottom of this page. All families in need of financial assistance for the school year program and/or the summer camp program are strongly encouraged to apply.

Summer Camp Admissions
Applications for Summer Camp 2026 will be released in February 2026. If you are in need of financial assistance for our summer program, please submit the scholarship application with your summer camp application. Priority is given to currently enrolled children, returning students, and siblings.
