Join Suzanne Cotton, owner/director of Mulberry House Playschool, in an exciting professional development event about fostering curiosity and connection in your early childhood program. During this virtual event, we’ll discuss a brief history of the Reggio Emilia approach, as well as the fundamental principles and how they can be applied in your setting. You’ll learn how to intentionally curate your environment to operate as "the third teacher" and how to let the children’s interests inform your material selection process. You’ll see how we implement a child-focused emergent curriculum at Mulberry House through our observation, documentation, provocations, and reflection.
